Everything arrived quickly. The only problem I had was that the product shown on you website was not the same as the one I ordered and as the result I ordered a second one thinking that I had made the mistake. When I called to inquire about the difference I was told that the one in the pitcher in the catalog had not been updated. I now have an extra banana plug which I will never use.

ProgressiveRC Comment: Apologies for the confusion over the inclusion/exclusion of the connecting balance cable. This connecting cable is included with all standard parallel charge boards. The only board that does not include this cable by default is the FMA Multi-port adapter. We will get the photos updated to make this clearer and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

I have a 208B charger and wanted to charge and balance multiple packs at the same time. This is perfect and works perfect.

This is a real handy tool. You don't know it until you own one.
I can charge now my 3 batteries together.
I set the current for 3 parallel batteries about 25% lower than the total max charging current of individual.
The quality of this board is very good and as you can see it uses banana plugs instead of DEANS connector.
