Ordered a 350 scratch and dent power supply. Got it the next day and it basicallly has a few scratches in the black paint, works perfect. Excellent service and great product.

The power supply arrived on Tuesday. Wednesday I found it to be defective. I called Progressive and was told a new one would be shipped that day and to return the defective one at my convenience. The replacement power supply arrived Friday and it worked great. I shipped the defective power supply back to progressive Saturday. That my friends is unheard of service in this day and age and ProgressiveRC has a customer for life, ME.
