My order arrived in the Midwest in about 4 days of order date. Fast fulfillment, just as I ordered and quality products. Not to mention the people I talked to on the phone were very friendly and professional. I had called with a question on one of my items and left a message. They called me back a short time later to answer the question. Great customer service

I would have given 5 stars to service but the binding post I received did not match the one shown in the picture. The product received was two individual low profile posts instead of a single unit (with the same part number). Who knows, maybe it is overall a better choice for case mounting.
