For what I need, this was the easiest, most compact- yet powerful system I could ask for… 30 amps of power + 1,000 watts all in a little yellow to-go box. Professional level fit and finish is exactly what I expected and received from this complete turnkey charging station, total plug and play. Cannot say enough about the products (they speak for themselves) but it’s the customer service you’ve been reading about that’s the real value. I won’t gush, but just say Progressive RC is simply the best.

I received my 1000w Combo in mere days even though the order had to ship from the U.S. to Canada and go through Customs. The package arrived, and was beyond my expectations. The quality of the workmanship was superb and I have used it twice now and it works well.

Bought the package and paid for it to come ready out of box. Charger is everything I thought I could be plus some. Use the setup to charge 6 - 6s packs at nearly 2c for a 12s 600 heli.

Plastic deck came cracked and they sent another quickly and free of charge. The lifesaver they include in the shipment is a nice touch.

Being fairly new to the Hobby, I do know that batteries need to be taken care of and cheap OEM chargers aren't the best solution. When I learned of ProgressiveRC via the forums I jumped on this purchase and opted for the 'ready' to go version.

Unfortunately, ProgressiveRC couldn't of known what would happen during shipping and although the PRC Case, Hardware, and Accessories survived the shipment, the wooden (MDF) Shelf didn't. The heavy duty cable also was slightly damaged. After contacting ProgressiveRC though, the General Manager contacted me via email and they replaced the damage portions free of charge! In this economy, this type of Customer Service is a rarity nowadays.

I received the replacement parts and signature candy within days and I'm in Germany!

Overall, Excellent and I will be ordering from the ProgressiveRC Team in the furture.
