I am extremely new to this. I had a call tech support twice with questions to how to set up the charge for my paraboard. They had excellent communication the technician told me what to do and everything is running great, great product!

I got the combo shipped to my apo a little over a week after order and it was awesome to have such a stout charging system. even with the problem that I had after the second charge I trust that progressive's replacement will work. I am chalking it up as a fluke because I haven't ever heard of the issue and neither had they. I would gladly recommend this combo to anyone or anything from progressive at that.

Purchased this for parallel charging of multiple 2s and 3s lipo mostly and so far it handles all I throw at it. As fast as I want to charge (safely) and has no problems keeping up. Nice setup for a fair price. Thanks progressive RC keep doing what you do. Oh and I also had the wrong power supply shipped the first time. I called and they shipped out the correct one imediatly with no hastle whatsoever and even included return shipping lable with new PS so it was fast and I'm not outta pocket. Very nice. They will spoil you in thinking this is how everyone does it. Great to deal with and thanks again.

the power supply they sent me did not work, I had to buy another

ProgressiveRC Comment: One in a thousand power supplies arrives with damage in shipping, more often for international destinations such as this. The failure rate is exceedingly low and we offered to repair or replace the unit, but we have not heard back from the customer.

This charger combo is Awesome!! Being able to charge multiple packs with the parallel board quickly is great. Also the storage cycle is fast and very convenient.
