- Excellent service, fast shipping. Progressive RC is my favorite vendor for electric stuff. I'm giving the board a 3 star in quality because I don't like the cheapo look like plastic enclosure of the para board. My guess is that some good insulating plastic wrapped like a tight sponge kinda thing around it would be much better. However, the board still remains neat. Thanks PRC
