Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders


Most orders over $75 ship free within the US (including APO/FPO addresses) via USPS Priority Mail. Due to their large size and weight we cannot offer free shipping for power supplies, cases, charging decks, PowerStands or stick-pack batteries. We do however offer a discounted flat-rate on these items, via either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

In addition to these promotional rates, we offer the alternative of weight-based rates on all orders. Multiple service levels are available from FedEx, UPS, and USPS, and can be calculated at any time in your shopping cart. Depending on your geographic proximity to our Seattle headquarters, the weight-based rates may sometimes beat our flat-rate promotional offer - if the same service is offered twice, we advise you to choose the less expensive option.

International Orders


Shipping costs for all international orders will be calculated using weight-based rates. Multiple service levels are available from FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL, and can be calculated at any time in your shopping cart.

Due to recent regulations, we are unable to ship lithium batteries internationally via USPS (including to APO/FPO addresses). International orders containing batteries must be shipped via FedEx, UPS or DHL.

Shipping Times


Orders received by 2pm Pacific time Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day; orders received after this cutoff time will be shipped the next business day.

Note that orders for cases will not ship same-day - these are custom items built to order, and can take up to five business days to process.

Backorders


Orders containing out-of-stock items will be held until they are able to be shipped in their entirety.

Lost Shipments


If your order has not been received within standard shipping times (please allow extra-time for shipping delays that can occur), please contact us immediately via e-mail (contact@progressiverc.com).

Before a claim can be filed for a lost shipment or missing package, we must allow the U.S. Postal Service or other carrier the full time allotted for delivery. Claims must be filed according to the timetables listed below.

The timetable for filing Domestic lost packages is as follows:

USPS Priority Express: 7 to 60 Days from Shipment Date
USPS Priority: 15 to 60 Days from Shipment Date
USPS First Class: 21 to 60 Days from Shipment Date

The timetable for filing International lost packages is as follows:
USPS Priority Express International: 3 to 60 Days after Expected Delivery Date
USPS Priority International: 7 to 60 Days after Expected Delivery Date
USPS First Class International: 7 to 60 Days after Expected Delivery Date

Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for us to contact the shipping carrier regarding the missing package or full shipment.

Please contact us before issuing a PayPal claim against the order, as this will cause further delays to process.
