Promotional Shipping

Whatever you're ordering, our flat-rate promotional shipping will usually be your best bet!

US Orders

The breakdown: Unless you're buying a power supply, PRC Case or Deck, 12S battery or a PowerStand, orders over $75 ship free within the US via Priority Mail.  There is a surcharge on power supplies of $10 for small units, $15 for medium, and $20 for large power supplies. Due to the large size and weight of the Charging Decks and 12S battery packs, we also apply a sucharge to those items.

If you are buying a PRC Case or PowerStand, we switch to UPS Ground. For cases, we offer a rate of $10 for your first case, and $5 for each extra case. The rate for PowerStands is $20 per unit. If you're getting a power supply with your order, there's a surcharge of $5 for small, $10 for medium, and $15 for large, plus $5 for each additional power supply.  See the chart below for an overview of promotional shipping with our PRC Cases and PowerStands.
International Orders

Due to recent postal regulations, we are no longer able to ship lithium batteries internationally via USPS. For international orders containing batteries, please select UPS, FedEx or DHL as your shipping option.
For shipments to Canada or Mexico, there is a $5 flat rate with the exception of our power supplies, chargers and PRC Hardline Cases. Each charger or small power supply will add a surcharge of $15 shipping, all other power supplies and cases are each subject to a $30 shipping fee.

For shipments outside of North America, there is a $5 flat rate with the exception of our power supplies, chargers and PRC Hardline Cases. Each charger or small power supply will add a surcharge of $15 shipping, all other power supplies, cases and the 12S battery are each subject to a $50 shipping fee.


Weight-based Shipping

In addition to the promotional rates above, we're happy to offer a variety of shipment options based on package weight, which are calculated in your shopping cart. Shipping is available from FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL (international orders only), with a number of service options available from each carrier. Orders placed through Google Checkout are limited to USPS shipping at this time.

Shipping Times & Backorders

Orders received by 2pm (Pacific time) Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day; later orders will be processed the next business day.

Orders containing items on backorder will be held until they are able to be shipped in their entirety.

Returns & Replacements

We offer a full 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases made, when products are returned in original condition. This does not apply to PRC Cases which have been modified with cut-outs for the installation of accessories - these are considered custom items and are non-refundable. All other items returned in original condition in the 30 day window will be refunded 100%, minus any shipping cost. For items not returned in original condition and packaging, a 40% restocking fee will be assessed.

Please use our contact form to initiate a return for any reason or send us an email. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment on our receipt of the items returned. Please note that for credit card refunds it may take until the next billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when sending items back to ProgressiveRC, if you would like us to arrange the shipment, we would be happy to send a shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund. Note that we are unable to offer this service for international customers.

For warranty or service issues, please download our simple RMA Request Form. All electronic items carry a manufacturer's warranty, please see individual product pages or manuals for details on warranty duration. When an item needs to be replaced rather than serviced under warranty, we may elect to issue a replacement on receipt of tracking information for the original unit's return.

For issues with Junsi products not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we can offer repair or replacement as needed for 15% of the unit cost (with a minimum cost of $15). Warranty and service returns are typically handled within 7-10 business days after receipt of the item.
