TBS Diamond Antenna

AC-TDA
A slightly-directional antenna for best signal penetration. Built to be ultra-durable by VAS
$24.99

The TBS Diamond is a high performance antenna designed for the Crossfire TX.

Antenna orientation, wear & tear and non-directionality have been the source of some range issues with many long range and miniquad pilots. TBS sat down with IBCrazy and designed this antenna to be as durable as possible

With a slight directionality to give you more range when flying in front of you, without compromising a solid link when flying behind you. The antenna uses the ground you are standing on to reflect and boost your signal out beyond what traditional antennas can manage.

This antenna was designed to not only would resist the effect of ground, but also track along the ground for low altitude flying.

Great improvement

The Diamond antenna is a great improvement over the stock antenna. When I was using the stock antenna I was getting a lot of fluctuation in signal strength. The Diamond antenna gives me a rock solid signal and the RSSI has stayed at 100% with occasional drops to 98 when flying out over 3 miles. The stock antenna would show a RSSI of 75 to 80% when flying in the same area. I also noticed that the stock antenna was very sensitive to orientation where as the Diamond being mounted vertically works great. It is quite a bit more directional but as long as it is pointed towards the plane the signal is strong.
