Top shelf customer service. I've been a customer for over ten years and recently ran into an issue with my power supply. PRC thoroughly went over my entire setup diagnose the problem and repaired it at an extremely reasonable cost considering this is a very high end setup. I purchased two of these to power 2 x ISDT P-30 chargers. Easy to adjust the output voltage to 27 volts and they easily put out 40 amp as that voltage. Fans are quiet and they both fit nicely in my portable charging case.
