Excellent! Before my purchase from PRC I researched chargers and supplies on various blogs. PRC's name kept coming up. Now I see why. I purchased a charger/supply setup 6-7 months ago. Recently I started to experience an intermittent power supply issue so I RMA'd the supply. PRC technician (Thanks Chadd!) worked with me to identified the problem. They could not be repaired the supply "in-house" so PRC replaced the supply with a brand new one. I don't believe things would have went so well with another supplier. Same day shipping, excellent customer service. Do yourself a favor, go with Progressive RC!

IMHO, IChargers are the best on the market, It does everything to ensure Safety and Battery life.
You spend less time charging, cycling and balancing and more time flying.

I have been using iCharger since they came out. Very nice chargers. I have just upgraded to the 308Duo and although a little more expensive than I would like, the charger is excellent.

Progressive RC has also been improving their website. I still remember how slow their website was to navigate. Good job!! (Posted on 10/25/2016)

The 308DUO is a perfect 2 port charger for up to 8s per channel. It definitely meets my needs and is a huge upgrade from the single channel iCharger I had before. Noticed the quality immediately upon removing from the box. Pushbuttons have great tactile feel. Smaller then I expected which is a good thing. Packs a punch for high voltage packs. 24VDC or higher is a must for this charger. (Posted on 12/15/2015)

My 308 came quickly along with a LiPo bag. The LiPo bag had some problems with the stitching and they quickly sent me a new one. I told them there was no rush, and they still priority shipped at their own expense. Awesome customer service. (Posted on 12/11/2015)
