I am very happy with my purchase. I have been using the ISDT FD-200 for a few years and the BD380+ is superior in almost every way. I love the user interface (without mobile phone / app) and also when using the app it is very fast/responsive. I agree with the other reviewer it would be better if it ramped down the current to better hit the set cut-off voltage, but it's pretty easy to adjust your cutoff to get the resting voltage you want. The bigger item that is a bit annoying to me is the max input voltage is 30V. This is way higher than 6S, even LiHv, but not enough for 8S. It seems designed to work with 7S max, which practically nobody uses...would love to have a unit that supports 8S, or get confirmation from SkyRC that it can handle 8S.

Awesome Little Tool If You Use EC5s

As soon as I saw this it got added to my order. Well made and at a fair price when no one else sells anything like it in the RC hobby space. Anyone that uses EC5s and solders their own battery & esc connectors knows what a paint getting the 5mm bullet plug into the plastic housing can be at times. Most people myself included usually will resort to using a flat head screwdriver which works but can also damage if not carefully done. This little tool is designed to sit around the wire & on top of the bullet so when you hit it in its evenly going in and the wire doesn't get damaged.
