Returns


All products are backed by a thirty (30) day, full-refund guarantee (shipping charges not included) upon receipt. Returned merchandise must be returned in original delivered state (no surface scratches, blemishes, or product modifications, with all original packaging) for quality-inspection and subsequent issue of refund. If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality or design of the product, please e-mail us your request (contact@progressiverc.com) and return/exchange information will be provided as needed to complete the process. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued for your request and must be placed on the return shipment for proper processing.

Cases that have been modified from their original state (eg, installed fans, AC adapters, etc) are considered custom products and are non-refundable.

When packing your order for return, please be sure to properly protect all original packing material, individual components, and manuals as included. Charges may apply if parts are missing or damaged, or damage to product original delivery state occurs during return shipping beyond the responsibility of the shipping courier.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and ProgressiveRC will not issue refunds for such.

Warranty Returns


All chargers and power supplies carry a manufacturer's warranty as detailed in the corresponding product manuals. During the warranty period, ProgressiveRC will repair or replace any product found to suffer from defects in materials or manufacturing, providing there are no signs of damage, misuse, modification or negligence by the user. Warranty is VOID for all purchases from non-authorized resellers or third-party sales (second-hand owners).
