Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders

Orders over $99 ship free within the US (including APO/FPO addresses).

We offer the alternative of weight-based rates on all orders. Multiple service levels are available from UPS and USPS, and can be calculated at any time in your shopping cart. 

International Orders

Shipping costs for all international orders will be calculated using weight-based rates. Multiple service levels are available from UPS, USPS and DHL, and can be calculated at any time in your shopping cart.

Due to recent regulations, we are unable to ship lithium batteries internationally  (including to APO/FPO addresses). 

Shipping Times

Orders received by 2pm Pacific time Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day; orders received after this cutoff time will be shipped the next business day.

Note that orders for charging cases may not ship same-day - these are custom items built to order, and processing time will depend on our current production queue.

Backorders

Orders containing out-of-stock items will be held until they are able to be shipped in their entirety.

Lost Shipments

If your order has not been received within standard shipping times (please allow extra-time for shipping delays that can occur), please contact us immediately via e-mail (sales@progressiverc.com).

Before a claim can be filed for a lost shipment or missing package, we must allow the U.S. Postal Service or other carrier the full time allotted for delivery. Claims must be filed according to the timetables listed below.

The timetable for filing Domestic lost packages is as follows:

  • USPS Priority Express: 7 to 60 Days from Shipment Date
  • USPS Priority: 15 to 60 Days from Shipment Date
  • USPS First Class: 21 to 60 Days from Shipment Date

The timetable for filing International lost packages is as follows:

  • USPS Priority Express International: 3 to 60 Days after Expected Delivery Date
  • USPS Priority International: 7 to 60 Days after Expected Delivery Date
  • USPS First Class International: 7 to 60 Days after Expected Delivery Date

Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for us to contact the shipping carrier regarding the missing package or full shipment.

Please contact us before issuing a PayPal claim against the order, as this will cause further delays to process.

Return Policy

Returns

All unused products are backed by a thirty (30) day, full-refund guarantee (shipping charges not included) upon receipt. Returned merchandise must be returned in original delivered state (no surface scratches, blemishes, or product modifications, with all original packaging) for quality-inspection and subsequent issue of refund. If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality or design of the product, please e-mail us your request (sales@progressiverc.com) and return/exchange information will be provided as needed to complete the process. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued for your request and must be placed on the return shipment for proper processing.

Cases that have been modified from their original state (eg, installed fans, AC adapters, etc) are considered custom products and are non-refundable.

When packing your order for return, please be sure to properly protect all original packing material, individual components, and manuals as included. Charges may apply if parts are missing or damaged, or damage to product original delivery state occurs during return shipping beyond the responsibility of the shipping courier.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and ProgressiveRC will not issue refunds for such.

Warranty Returns

All chargers and power supplies carry a manufacturer's warranty as detailed in the corresponding product manuals. During the warranty period, ProgressiveRC will repair or replace any product found to suffer from defects in materials or manufacturing, providing there are no signs of damage, misuse, modification or negligence by the user. Warranty is VOID for all purchases from non-authorized resellers or third-party sales (second-hand owners).

To request warranty service, please e-mail us your request (sales@progressiverc.com) and return/exchange information will be provided as needed to complete the process. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued for your request and must be placed on the return shipment for proper processing.
