DJI Care Refresh is a comprehensive protection plan that offers affordable replacement service and accidental damage coverage. Enjoy your DJI product with greater peace of mind wherever you go.

DJI Care Refresh offers two replacements in one year. You can have your product replaced at a small additional cost if an accident occurs. For DJI FPV, the first replacement fee is $259, and the second replacement is $279.

Accidental damage is covered by the replacement service, including collisions, water damage, etc. The replacement units are brand-new products or equivalent to brand-new products in performance and reliability.

DJI will cover shipping costs both ways anytime a product is sent back for replacement service.

DJI Care has exclusive technical service channels to provide support, including online chat and call support.

1. DJI Care Refresh can be bound to a previously purchased DJI aircraft when it meets one of the following criteria:
· Brand new and un-activated aircraft;
· Aircraft activated within the last 48 hours.

2. DJI Care Refresh is only eligible in the region where it was purchased. To ensure that you can enjoy the service normally, DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region.
