I bought this just in case I forgot a charge lead for packs with different ends. I do not like to solder new ends on a pack if it comes with ends from the supplier. As always great service from progressive

note this

has female bullet connections . ec3 plugs are categorized by the plastic housing . This housing is the male which slides into the opposite female housing . They are somewhat confusing because the male has female bullet connectors and the female has male bullet connectors . Very nice adapter and fast ship

I orderd this adapter and it was exactly what I wanted, competively price, and it shipped quickly. I also like how short it is - that was the main reason I picked this one. Just be careful you read their definitions of male & female on the EC3 so you get the one you want.
